Your points will still be available for you to use.
Your points should be used within 2 years from the date you receive them from WHE. If you have not spent any of you points after 2 years, you can extend them for a small fee.
Yes you can “rent” additional Points to complete the transaction. Alternatively, you can choose to deposit an additional week at your property if you haven’t already deposited the maximum number of weeks permitted.
No, but this information is available to you in 'My Account' area online. Here we will display the date at which your Unused Saved Points will expire. This information will also be displayed on your monthly points statement sent to you by email.
You do not need to let us know. If points have not been used by the end of use year in which they were first allocated, they will automatically be saved to the next use year.If points have not been used by the end of the use year they were saved into and you want to extend them, you will need to call the Wyndham Home Exchange call centre on the number provided in your membership pack.
If making a reservation online, you can save any Points that are left over, but you will not be able to save them as a stand alone process.
