You can book a holiday up to two years in advance of the start date of the holiday. We recommend you search or add a search as early as possible once you know your holiday plans.
Yes, under 'Seach for a Holiday' on the home page there is an ongoing search option which allows you to select regions or specific resorts/properties so that a constant search is added for those choices.
Yes, once an ongoing search is started, you can modify your current search or choose to “Search Again” at other available units without altering your search in any way. To change your ongoing search-
1. Log into your account and select “Holiday Plans”.
2. Select the" Ongoing Searches” tab
3. Once the applicable ongoing search is located, select the “Modify” option.
4. Make the desired changes to your search and select the green “Continue” box at the bottom of the page.
If you wish to return to your original search without saving any changes, select the "Reset Criteria" box instead. Please note you cannot retain modified search parameters if any of the check-in dates are within 30 days.
Yes they can. Simply purchase a Guest Certificate when booking your WHE holiday, or Late Deal. Guests must be at least 18 years old - some affiliated resorts have higher age requirement.
You can either create a Guest Certificate during the booking process, or alternatively within the 'Home Tab' by:
1. Select 'Holiday Plans'.
2. Click on 'Confirmed Reservations'.
3. Next to your exchange select link to 'Create a Guest Certificate'.

We are only able to offer stays of 7 nights or more and in 7 night increments only e.g. 7, 14 up to a maximum of 21 nights. We would recommend that you search both 7 night intervals as well as multi week intervals in case there is a 2 centre holiday or different unit configurations which would suit your holiday requirements. For durations of less than 7 nights, please contact our Call Centre.

Many properties accept pets and you can find these using the resort directory.
Once you make a reservation, if you cancel within 24 hours, WHE will return the Points you used and will credit the exchange fee amount to your account for future use or refund the exchange fee to the credit card you used to pay for that vacation. If you cancel after 24 hours of making the reservation, you will forfeit the exchange fee; also, the number of Points you may receive back will depend on the date that you cancel the reservation.
Yes. Within the 'Home Tab' simply select 'Holiday Plans' and then click 'Confirmed Reservations'. From here you can print a copy of your confirmation.
Yes. Within the 'Home Tab' simply select 'Holiday Plans' and then select 'Confirmed Reservations'. From here you will see a 'Cancel Confirmation' link next to the confirmation you wish to cancel. Click on here and you will be advised on the next screen of the penalties you will need to accept before cancelling your confirmation.
As an WHE Points member, you can make reservations at RCI Points affiliated resorts and RCI Weeks affiliated resorts – and you can find both types of reservations with one simple search.
Late Deals are specially discounted Extra Holidays due to start within the next 45 days. These offers are constantly updated. Late Deal accommodation could come from Members having to cancel their holiday at the last minute or Members may have planned to use their own week this year but changed their minds at the last minute and decided to deposit late.
